About Upgrades

Version updates, as well as major release upgrades, of the RIP commonly require the installation of a complete set of software which replaces the existing version and configurations related to the software version being upgraded. A Migrate Utility is available for importing pre-existing software configurations, page set-ups, calibrations, and curves into the newly installed software revision update. Although not a requirement, nevertheless it is strongly recommended that customers have an authorized Fusion Systems integrator perform these version and revision upgrades.
